How Does It Work?

1. Upload The BillSimply take the supplier file, upload to BILL VAL and let the system get to work.
2. Let Us Do The WorkBILL VAL will extract all the necessary data (including any charges and fees) to calculate an average pence per unit cost.
3. Analyse UsageThe system will take sub-meter usage information from manual meter submissions OR automatically import the data from Half Hourly / AMR meters.
4. Crunch Those NumbersIn no time at all you'll be presented with a clear exportable breakdown for each tenant, together with any overriding residual costs attributed to the landlord. The system will even create your own white-labelled tenant invoices.
Good To KnowBILL VAL also supports validation in layers so even if sub-meters are broken down further between multiple occupants, these results can also be calculated.
