  • Automated Account ID updates from payment files When payment files are uploaded with different Account IDs, our system notes the change and logs its history. Then, when the system is searching for a match for commissions, it looks up the latest Account ID and all historic Account ID’s too!
  • Automatic meter read start/end dates setYou can set a contract's deal status so when today's date goes beyond the live end date, (and there's no follow-on contract in place) then this contract becomes the latest contract, and it will automatically roll the live end date forward to the end of the next month.
  • Auto-Renewals automatically extendedWhen a contract with the deal status 'Residual' comes to within 30 days of its Live End Date, our system will automatically update the Live End Date to 30 days in the future, meaning you don’t need to manually oversee the live end dates for automatic renewals.
  • The lowest exceptions in the market Reduce the time-hogging caused by importing payment files. No other software provides the same level of automation as PRO CRM.
  • Smart exceptions handlingWhy should one failure prevent a successful upload? When importing commissions, our smart filtering will pass the successes and highlight any errors. Users can then view erroneous data along with the reason that it failed. Simple mistakes like dates, missing accounts and contracts can be updated without delaying other commission records.
